The Far Crysis Mod team have posted an update showing some very nice level screenshots. Lets check em out:
Welcome to today's Crymod official news update and another exciting look at the work in progress modification Far Crysis. Team leader and forum member simrad has been kind enough to update us with a selection of new screenshots which detail both the savannah map and a brand new area that the creator is currently working on and we will be taking a closer look at both of those today. If you would like to learn more about the modification, ask any questions or simply leave feedback for the team please be sure to drop past the official forum thread located here.
Level Screenshots
Detailed below are four screenshots from the Dunia Team's latest update. These display both the continuation of the savannah map and also a brand new waterside encampment area that will be included in the storyline. As you can see from the images simrad and the rest of the team have been working very hard to replicate the feel and visual quality of FarCry2. The author has also stated that he will soon be beginning work on the opening cut-scene which will be as close to the original game as is possible, including the long taxi ride to your first base camp.
