A Steam client update is now available. To apply the update, click the File menu inside of Steam and then select "Check for Steam Client Updates...". The specific changes include:

Fixed rare cases of missing desktop shortcuts, Game Explorer links and uninstall entries
Fixed a potential overlay crash in games that run ShellExecute with a very long command line
Fixed input for Asian languages
