Call of Duty's next installment, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, this time made by Infinity Ward (http://www.infinityward.com), will be sliding on the scene for this years holiday season. Check it out:
During an Activision Blizzard earnings call earlier today, CFO Thomas Tippl announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be released this holiday season. The game is under development at the company's Infinity Ward studio, the same place that developed the first Modern Warfare title. We really don't know any specifics about the game at this time, such as whether or not it's a direct sequel (or prequel?) to the first or if any of the characters from CoD4 will be returning. Hopefully we'll be seeing the game soon and can clear up these nagging questions. As the sequel to our 2007 Game of Year, we've got high hopes for this one!
At this time its set for all platforms including PC!
