A sequel to Valve's (http://valvesoftware.com) cooperative zombie shooter Left 4 Dead was just announced at Microsoft's E3 Media Briefing, with the game slated to arrive on PC and Xbox 360.
Few details of the sequel are known. The announcement trailer showcased a variety of daylight encounters in a small town setting--the original took place largely during night--alongside a new group of survivors, at least one new boss monster, and a chainsaw.
