This driver supports NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ 8-series, 9-series, and 200-series desktop GPUs, including the newly released GeForce 9800 GTX+, 9800 GT, and 9500 GT GPUs. The driver adds support for NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ acceleration on all GeForce 8-series, 9-series and 200-series GPUs with a minimum of 256MB dedicated graphics memory. NVIDIA PhysX System Software v8.08.01 is automatically installed with this driver package.
Download by selecting each of the listed below, HERE (http://www.nvidia.com/content/forcewithin/us/download.asp).
If you just want the drivers and avoid all the pop ups and having to deal with the Download Manager, you can check out the following links:

If you wish to just download the PhysX System Software 8.01.08, you can find it HERE (http://gamerscrib.net/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=60&func=fileinfo&id=16).
You also have a few other downloads in which show off PhysX in demos, including a full game and more:
Unreal Tournament 3 - PhysX Mod
Owners of a NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ 8 series or later graphics card with a full version of Unreal Tournament 3 have the unique opportunity to tear up additional levels of Unreal Tournament 3 through some exclusive NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ technology features. The PhysX Mod offers three new levels of environmental destruction including destructible walls, floors, walkways, rooftops and new weapons. New levels include: Heat Ray, Lighthouse & Tornado
The UT3 PhysX Mod Pack requires a full version of Unreal Tournament 3 - It is not a stand-alone title. Make sure to enable "Hardware Physics" under Video Settings in the UT3 settings.
badaboom Video Transcoding: 30-day Trial Beta
The badaboom™ Media Converter formats video and audio files for a variety of devices using a process called transcoding. By utilizing a NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ GPU, badaboom™ enables users to painlessly convert video in multiple formats and view them on their portable media devices - all in a convenient, intuitive application.
Minimum Recommended Hardware: 1.8GHz Dual Core Processor, GeForce 8 Series or later graphics.
Warmonger – Full Game
Using NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ technology, Warmonger breaks down the static game play of past-generation shooters. New rigid-body technology and procedural destruction of game environments set the stage for dynamic content creation that is truly stunning and will literally change the way people think and play. Destroy walls, floors and whole buildings to open up new paths, or close existing ones. Destructive power is more than eye candy, it’s a tactical weapon in Warmonger.
Folding@home - Join The Fight Against Cancer
Download Folding@home and band together with people across the globe by adding the massive compute power of a NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ GPU to one of the largest supercomputers in the world. Use your PC to help fight many of the world’s most devastating diseases while you sleep at night.*
*Please Note: The NVIDIA Folding client is a High Performance client that does not just run un-noticed in the background. It uses compute resources. We recommend only running when you are not using your PC.
Sneak Peak: Nurien Demo
Nurien is a new category of social networking services where users can create their own unique avatars to play various games and partake in social activities like fashion shows and music video contests. This early sneak peek is a great example of the amazing new gaming experience NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ technology can enable. This demo loop will run through a scene from one of the mini games called Runway. Nurien makes use of PhysX in many areas, including: cloth simulation for long/medium-length skirts, physical simulation for realistic hair movements and particle physics for smoke effects.
Minimum Recommended Graphics: GeForce 9600 GT
Sneak Peak: Metal Knight Zero Demo
Metal Knight Zero (MKZ) is a multiplayer, first-person shooter set in a modern warfare environment. This demo loop will run through a scene that demonstrates many NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ technologies including particle physics for gunfire and explosions, cloth simulation, a large range of destructible objects and interactions between rigid body, soft body, and fluid particles.
The Great Kulu: Technology Demo
The Great Kulu is an interactive technology demonstration featuring a captured sea creature brought to life using NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ soft body simulation technology. The demo allows users to interact with Kulu and watch how its soft flesh interacts with the environment as it chases you around your ship. The flesh movements and movements of other soft body objects are simulated in real-time using PhysX technology, to create this "soft and squishy" experience.
Minimum Recommended Graphics: GeForce GTX 260
Fluids: Technology Demo
The primary purpose of the NVIDIAŽ PhysX™ technology Fluid Demo is to illustrate Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH). The demo contains two different scenes, the Outdoor and the Logo Scene.
Outdoor Scene
This scene showcases SPH fluid flooding an outdoor area. As soon as the demo is started, a flood occurs and interacts with a stack of rigid bodies. Switch from dark water to clear water, to oil, or just show the real nature of fluids: spheres.
Logo Scene
The Logo Scene showcases SPH fluid simulation in an enclosed environment.
